WASHINGTON STATE
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Washington State Employee Assistance Program is a free, confidential program created to promote the health, safety, and well-being of public service employees.

A brand refresh and a new website for the program are going to be released during the first quarter of 2025. These changes reflect a long desired alignment with business goals, and will significantly improve client experience, engagement, and accessibility.

The visual identity update was mostly focused on softening the color palette to achieve soothing, quiet, and calm feeling that resonates better with the program's approach. Human-centered design principles guided the streamlining of the new site's functionality, and new elements were brought to create more inclusive, appealing, and engaging interface and experience.
